Shipping policy

We will charge a R100.00 (hundred rand) delivery fee for all small and medium sized products to any address in South Africa unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions. When your total cart exceeds R675.00 (six hundred and seventy five rand) you will receive free delivery for your order. All products may be transacted through e-commerce, except for goods prohibited for sale in terms of applicable laws.

For large appliances (such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and similar bulky items), a courier surcharge may apply depending on size, weight, delivery location, or special handling requirements. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly communicated to you during order confirmation, so there are no surprises.

At Everyday Elektronics, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your order. Please note that all product prices on our website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

1.     Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most major towns and cities across South Africa. If you are unsure whether your address is serviceable, please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

2.     Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and despatch all orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  1. Major cities and surrounding areas: 2–5 business days.
  2. Outlying or rural areas: 5–9 business days.

Please note: During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will communicate any delays proactively where possible.

4.     Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. If you do not receive this, please contact our support team Info@everydayelektronics.co.za

5.     Delivery Attempts

Our couriers typically attempt delivery during normal business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday). If no one is available to receive the order:

  1. A second delivery attempt may be scheduled.
  2. If the delivery fails again, the parcel may be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply).

6.     Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

  1. Notify us within 10 business days of delivery.
  2. Refer to our Returns Policy for the process to follow.

7.     Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries (especially if items are shipped from different suppliers or warehouses). You will be notified if this applies.

 

8.     Collection Option

We currently do not offer a self-collection option. All orders are shipped directly to your chosen address.
